Is Julian Assange really a CIA Spy and Wikileaks a CIA Front? Well according to a new opportunistic book by Daniel Estulin, he is, and Wikileaks just drew attention to it on Twitter. And in the spirit of this new revelation, our Wikileaks-Movie.com contributing artists thought it is fitting for a new James Bond 007 movie remix entitled “The Spy Who Leaked Me”. LulzSec hacker suspect is arrested in the UK. A British teenager, Ryan Cleary, has been arrested in a joint police operation in the UK and is suspected of being a mastermind behind the international computer hacking group LulzSec (aka LulzSecurity & The Lulz Boat). LulzSec has denied Cleary is a part of their hacker group via Twitter.
The arrest of the 19-year-old comes just days after the group claimed it brought down the US Central Intelligence Agency’s website, along with many other high profile government and corporate websites. Scotland Yard immediately launched an investigation and detectives from the force’s E-Crime Unit swooped in on the teen’s home in Wickford, Essex, on Monday.

Granger, a U.S. Army Medical Deptartment Officer and author of the book Saving Grace at Guantanamo Bay, A Memoir of a Citizen Warrior (2010). Major Granger served as the ranking US Army Medical Department Officer with the Joint Detainee Operations Group (JDOG) at Guantanamo Bay (Gitmo) just months after the 9/11 attacks on the World Trade Center, and wrote about his first-hand experience observing the daily Gitmo medical support activities, vis-a-vis the detainees, who in his words “wanted to kill him.” Major Granger kept a personal journal of his experiences, which takes you through what life is like for a Reservist, and we thank the Major for taking the time to contribute his unique insights and viewpoints with Wikileaks-Movie.com in our new Gitmo Interview Series.
Will Al Pacino play the role of CIA Director Leon Panetta in the upcoming Osama Bin Laden Movie? Movie fans who have been actively following Wikileaks Movie news definitely have some other movies to talk about. We recently wrote about the Osama Bin Laden movie in the works by writer Mark Boal and Director Kathryn Bigelow. And now, straight from the likes of Politico.com and Leon Panetta there’s a great discussion going on regarding which actor should play his role in the Osama Bin Laden Movie. This may be a tangent from our pure focus on all things Wikileaks, but since Julian Assange and Wikileaks have released information on the War on Terror, Guantanamo Bay (Gitmo) and the secret (or perhaps not so secret) location of Bin Laden we hope you agree with this “stretch” into related movie terrain. Leon Panetta, as the Director of the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), definitely has a foot in both worlds of Wikileaks, Al Qaida and Bin Laden.
