Wikileaks Movie, Fair Game and Valerie Plame? After Julian Assange’s Interview on SBS dateline we caught a story about Fair Game and Valerie Plame Wilson, the CIA agent whose name was leaked by White House officials a few years back. It was interesting juxtaposition to go from our current fixation on those releasing leaked information, Julian Assange and Wikileaks, and then be thrown into the Fair Game trailer and “A Spy Uncovered” piece by Dateline’s Yalda Hakim. This story has to do with Valerie Plame and the impact on her life from a leak which exposed her role as covert CIA operative. This is a very interesting reversal of thought to experience the story of Valerie Plame. As we await the Wikileaks movie projects let’s recall old hacker movies as well as other Hollywood leak stories like Fair Game. Doing this will add dimension to our Wikileaks movie experience.
