Reality and pain are inevitably nested within each other. This simple fact is the reason of escaping from the awareness of existence. Even the simplest realities are wrapped up in a whirl of ideas; with language making them more complicated. The more it gets complicated the more it is sublimated and then minds swing back and forth through this conceptual turmoil. These are sublimated methods to escape from one’s own existence, not the reasons. The most commonly used and accepted method is; ‘The Big Lie’

A Situation of Parenti Control? Has WikiLeaks Inspired Artist @ExiledSurfer Been Censored, Blocked on US Government Networks?

@exiledsurfer censored? ArtificialEyes.tv, the website operated by artist and “Wikivisionary” Michael Parenti, appears to have been blocked and censored on at least one U.S. government computer network. While WikiLeaks-Movie.com is unable to verify this directly, we have learned from Parenti that his site has been “blocked in U.S. government networks” including the United States Air Force, an action which he states has been “confirmed by many sources.”

Censorship is not just about forbidding discussion of certain facts or limiting the freedom of thought. Our very patterns of thought, emotions, and beliefs can be molded in ways beyond our control, both directly and indirectly. Censorship is indirectly imposed through instilling feelings of guilt and fear through the media and institutions of society. For these reasons, censorship is a violation of human rights. Political discourse and artwork have been subjected to censorship in the same ways for thousands of years. There are many examples of censorship imposed on artworks of all kinds.

#Anonymiss launches “Operation Enough!” Turkish author, playwright and Anonymiss member Meltem Arikan, previously interviewed here at Wikileaks-Movie.com, has taken the time to share an explanation of the recent (#OpEnough) initiative initiated by members of the Anonymiss group to trigger and agitate women around the world to say and write “Enough!” What is the “Call to Action?” This online effort is an attempt to trigger women throughout the world to reflect on “what they are furious about and what their own ‘Enough’s’ are.” The specific #OpEnough “call to action” is to then post these reflections and “protest sentences” to http://anonymiss-express.blogspot.com. Wikileaks-Movie.com is pleased to introduce Clark Stoeckley, driver of the world’s first Wikileaks Truck called the “WikiLeaks Top Secret Mobile Information Collection Unit” and member of the Anonymous Theater Art Group. Wikileaks Billboards, Wikileaks Art and Wikilosers. Has a nice ring to it, huh? When it comes to the Wikileaks Movie and Trailer we’ve got a soundtrack coming together and a veritable feast of odd, smart and/or exciting characters. And the ideas continue to present themselves with the Wikileaks Billboard campaign and a robust archive of Wikileaks Art and Wikilosers chronicled by Charles Homans in Foreign Policy Magazine. That’s right, this week Charles Homans at Foreign Policy Magazine did an outstanding job of documenting those who have lost jobs, reputation (and perhaps a few girlfriends) due to information revealed about them in the historic and ongoing Wikileaks Cablegate drama. And a bunch of activist upstarts have leveraged online fundraising and billboard tools to build a grassroots movement to place strategic Pro-Wikileaks billboards around the US, beginning in Los Angeles. All of this action and detail provides excellent information for directors at the various Wikileaks film and movie studios as well as visuals…Yes, the Wikileaks visuals and art and advertising are phenomenal from a creative design standpoint. These include the Epic Step Billboards, the work from Courage is Contagious and others. These displays of social creativity and visual arts are amazing and will add to the richness of the Wikileaks movie and film projects.

The Wikileaks Movie Trailer…One for the Ages

Wikileaks Movie Trailer: After the dust of history settles how will Wikileaks, Julian Assange and Bradley Manning be judged? And for die-hard movie fans how will history judge the Wikileaks Movie Trailer (or trailers)? These are profound questions that the team at Wikileaks-Movie.com ponders. But what makes for a great trailer, anyhow? And given the range of impacts and perspectives which Wikileaks has created, what will make a Wikileaks Movie trailer great? Will there be scenes from Quantico? Will we be drawn into Bradley Manning’s mind as he hits “save” on the trove of Cablegate documents stored on a Lady Gaga CD? Will there be a semi-steamy (hopefully not too steamy) look into the sexual trials and missteps of Julian Assange? How about heated, fist-pounding debates in India over wikileaks cables and political bribes and corruption? Or heart-wrenching footage from the infamous Collateral Murder leak? Perhaps a quick flight through the Wikileaks lair or a glimpse of Assange dancing or dressed like a grandmother to avoid detection? Who knows, perhaps the trailer will start with someone reading through their copy of the Julian Assange Biography? An unforgettably audacious trailer captivates an audience, creating a force field that draws in the minds, hearts and wallets of movie goers and Wikileaks Movie DVD buyers. The Wikileaks movie studios and Julian Assange documentary makers will succeed if they can somehow distill the wide range of Wikileaks topics and perspectives into a concise, evocative trailer that creates a dramatic “pull” and succeeds as a cornerstone of successfull movie advertising. The Wikileaks Movie Trailer will be a challenge to craft, just as the Wikileaks Movie will be for the many studios who are attempting to grapple with this story. But for the studio who nails the trailer…truly nails it…the movie going crowds and Wikileaks faithful will be very kind.

Wikileaks Movie Soundtrack…Gadhafi Style: Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Usher & Maria Carey on the list

The Wikileaks Movie soundtrack just got a boost from Gadhafi family and Cablegate. It’s a total no-brainer that Lady Gaga must be included. After all, Pfc. Bradley Manning not only is a fan of her music but more importantly the Cablegate documents were reportedly smuggled to Wikileaks on a Lady Gaga disk. AND now we welcome Beyonce, Usher and Maria Carey who performed at million dollar parties hosted by Mutassim Gadhafi. These artists have the great privilege (or embarrassment) of being publicized in actual Wikileaks cables, and because of this, the Wikileaks Movie projects should consider including these musicians in the theme music and soundtrack. How cool and relevant would that be? First we have proposed that the various movies, films and documentaries should consider finding a way to release new “leaks” of sensitive information in theaters. And now, the team at Wikileaks-Movie.com would like to make sure those musicians and artists who’ve been wrapped up in diplomatic cables have the opportunity to be featured. Question: We want to know what you think? Are there any other musicians or performing artists mentioned in the Wikileaks cables? Should they be featured in the various soundtracks for the Wikileaks Movie projects in production?
