Secondly, We have learned that the Tribeca Film Festival will feature Director James Spione’s “Incident in New Baghdad” which highlights U.S. Army specialist Ethan McCord who witnessed and was one of the first to respond to the incident, later released on film by Wikileaks, called Collateral Murder.
