On Saturday, July 2, 2011 Amy Goodman, the host of Democracy Now! will moderate a conversation with WikiLeaks Editor-In-Chief Julian Assange and Slovenian Philosopher Slavoj Žižek. This conversation, sponsored by the Frontline Club, will be broadcast live from the Troxy theater in London starting at 11am EDT. Goodman, the the host and executive producer of Democracy Now!, is an “anchor” for the world of progressive, independent journalism. Additionally, she is the first journalist in history to receive the Right Livelihood Award and has deep knowledge of the WikiLeaks story.
